Exchange and Recalibration
Dew point sensors and flow meters should be checked and recalibrated every 2 years. We provide three options to check and recalibrate sensors, as shown below.
Exchange (Swap)
Send us your sensor and we will send you a refurbished, calibrated sensor.
Fast turnaround and minimal downtime.
Get a refurbished sensor with a different serial number.
- Send a purchase order detailing which sensors you want to exchange (include serial numbers and Part number on PO)
- We will ship you an equivalent exchange sensor(s)
- Swaps the sensors over and send the old sensor back to us within one month.
Recalibrate
Send us your sensor. We will recalibrate it and send it back.
Once you ship the sensor, allow 6 weeks to get it back.
Keep the same sensor and serial number.
- Fill in the Return Authorisation Form and send us the sensor(s).
- Once the sensor(s) are calibrated, we will send them back to you.
- If repairs are required, we’ll let you know in advance as this may cost extra.
Calibrate Locally
Use a local company to calibrate your sensor.
Timing will depend on your local company
Keep the same sensor and serial number.
